• Account — the profile created to access App functionalities
• Provider — WOWZAAA SRL

3. Purpose of the app

eUAT is a software solution made available to municipalities and local authorities to manage citizen relations and digitize internal processes.

4. Account creation and use

• You must provide accurate and complete data when creating the account
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• Inform the Provider if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. User rights and obligations

• Use the app only for legal purposes
• Do not upload illegal, offensive content or content containing malware
• You are responsible for the content you transmit through the app

6. WOWZAAA SRL rights and obligations

• WOWZAAA SRL makes reasonable efforts to keep the app running normally
• May suspend or limit access in cases of abuse or serious violations of terms

7. Intellectual property

The interface, code, commercial names, and logos belong to WOWZAAA SRL or its licensors. The User receives only a limited right of use, according to the app’s purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is”; WOWZAAA SRL does not guarantee absolute absence of errors or interruptions but makes efforts to remedy them within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to terms

WOWZAAA SRL may modify these terms; the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the app represents acceptance of the modifications.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The terms are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
